Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of medusyx.com and the Medusyx products. By creating an account or using the Services you agree to them.

The Services

Medusyx provides the Cyber apps and the ATLAS hub on a subscription basis. Apps can be purchased individually or together. We may add, change or retire features to improve the Services.

Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be authorized to act for your organization. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Subscriptions, trials & billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor on the cadence you select and renew automatically until cancelled. Eligible plans include a 14-day trial; if you don't cancel before it ends, the subscription begins. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period.

Acceptable use

The Services include offensive-leaning, deception and containment capabilities. You agree to use them only against systems, networks and data that you own or are explicitly authorized to assess, protect or operate. You will not:

• use the Services to access, scan, deceive, disrupt or exfiltrate from any system you are not authorized to act on;
• deploy decoys, honeytokens or kill-switch actions outside your own environment;
• use the Services to violate any law, infringe rights, or harm third parties;
• reverse engineer, resell or circumvent the Services or their usage limits.

Misuse may result in immediate suspension and is your responsibility, not ours.

Your data

You retain all rights to the data you connect. You grant Medusyx a limited license to host and process it solely to provide and secure the Services. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Medusyx and its licensors own the platform, software, and brand. You own your data and your results. No rights are granted except as expressly set out here.

Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's non-public information and use it only to perform under these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is.” Security tools reduce risk and improve visibility but cannot guarantee detection or prevention of every threat. You remain responsible for your own security decisions and controls.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and Medusyx's total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected Service in the 12 months before the claim.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms (including Acceptable Use) or non-payment. You may stop using the Services at any time; the Danger Zone lets you export and delete your data.

Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms and will revise the date above; continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Medusyx is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
