AI Policy

Several Medusyx features are AI-assisted. This page explains where AI is used, how your data is handled, and the guardrails we apply.

Where we use AI

AI helps power intelligent features across the suite — such as summarizing findings, drafting remediation steps, correlating signals and forecasting risk. AI augments the product; it does not replace your judgment.

How AI is delivered

AI-assisted features run through a leading third-party AI provider under a commercial agreement that prohibits training on your data. All processing is governed by that agreement and our Privacy Policy.

How your data is handled

When an AI feature runs, only the data needed for that feature is sent, and only to return your result. That data is not used to train AI models, and we minimize what is shared. Your security data remains yours.

Human oversight

AI output is decision-support, not autonomous action. High-impact recommendations are presented for your review, and consequential actions (such as containment or credential rotation) require your configuration and confirmation. You remain responsible for decisions made using the Services.

Limitations

AI can be incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on AI output as a sole control or as legal, compliance or incident-response advice. Always validate before acting on critical findings.

Your controls

Where offered, AI-assisted features can be limited or disabled in your settings (availability may vary by plan). Contact us if you need additional controls for your environment.

As our AI capabilities and providers evolve, we'll update this policy and the date above.
